SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing and shipping

Products ship within 2-3 business days from your order date.

  • Processing times for closures can take up to 10 business days.
  • Processing times for weft, clip-ins, and ponytails length 20 inches and above can take up to 10 business days.
  • Processing times for wigs can take up to 14 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 
  • Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
  • All orders within the US are shipped via UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes typically 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing timeframe.  
  • International orders take up to 10 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing timeframe and are shipped via UPS.  Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.  Goodkinks reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. Use Klarna to get extension and pay later on Klarna terms. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will fully lead to prosecution of the law. Goodkinks reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option.  International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.  

 

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders.

Goodkinks is also not responsible for anything related to delayed or incorrect orders. the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL and refunds are not allowed. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the hair extensions must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care service team at contact@goodkinks.com. Once we receive your return and verify that the hair extensions are in their original, unused condition, we will issue a store credit or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt. We also cannot accept returns on any final sale items.

If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer care service team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
